~Being able to work hard and show that they can reach a goal. Like Tyler had chosen to do the missionary before the basketball. He wanted to do one when he was in elementary,  and he didn't hesitate when he was called to go to the Philippines. So when he left he left a record of 48 free shots thrown, which was a record to BYU. When he came back he went back to the basketball showing that his hard work paid off. The amount of times he spent in the court with his father, is what impressed that he made so many shots and never missed one.
